Meeting Room Policy

Harrington Library Consortium has meeting rooms available for both non-profit and for-profit community organizations. All meetings are open to the public.

Fee Per Use

  Non-Profit rate: For-Profit rate:
Meeting Room $40.00/day $100.00/day
Computer Training Lab $20.00/day $50.00/day
Single Office $10/hour $20/hour

Meeting Room Hourly Rates:

$25/hour during Operational Hours (1 hr minimum)

$30/hour during Non-Operational Hours (2 hr minimum)

Operational Hours for the HLC are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Non-Operational Hours are defined as anything after 5:00 p.m
