SirsiDynix Symphony (ILS)
HLC currently licenses SirsiDynix Symphony for member libraries (full members may participate in the shared integrated library system (ILS) or may choose to only access other HLC services). Training, helpdesk, technical support, are all included as part of yearly membership fee based on size of library (total collection/yearly circ)/number of user names needed. Start up cost is based on a vendor negotiated price; retrospective conversion, travel for the consultant, barcodes (if needed), are all included in the startup cost. Patrons that have an HLC member library card may check out materials at any other HLC member library (database only cards are excluded).
ILS includes: BlueCloud Central (includes BlueCloud Circ & Cataloging), Enterprise (on-line catalog), Portfolio, Book Jackets.
Flat fee cataloging services are based on size of library and anticipated acquisition per year. Consulting with materials vendors on set up and importing of catalog records is provided (this services is included in the yearly membership fee).
Website Hosting and Maintenance
Website hosting and maintenance is available at no additional cost upon the library’s request.
CloudLibrary eBooks (plus CloudLink) provided by OCLC
eBooks and eAudiobooks are available to all HLC library cardholders. Web-based service enables the secure distribution of eBooks and eAudiobooks. Media will play on your PC, laptop and portable devices. Available by remote access using an HLC library card.

Britannica Public Libraries Online gives your library titles in one – an adult general reference collection and a child-friendly collection.
