Meeting Room Policy

Harrington Library Consortium has meeting rooms available for both non-profit and for-profit community organizations. All meetings are open to the public.

*Non-Operational Hourly Rates are the same as For-Profit rates plus a $5 an hour additional fee, with a minimum of two hours. Conference/Office space will not be available during non-operational hours. Operational Hours for the HLC are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  Non-Operational Hours are defined as anything after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
