Meeting Room Policy

Harrington Library Consortium has meeting rooms available for both non-profit and for-profit community organizations. All meetings are open to the public.

Non-Profit $40/day or $25/hour 0 – 2 Hours: $ 40.00 0 – 2 Hours: $10.00
  2 – 4 Hours: $ 80.00 2 – 4 Hours: $20.00
  4 – 8 Hours: $125.00 4 – 8 Hours: $40.00
 
For-Profit * $100/day or $30/hour 0 – 2 Hours: $ 75.00 0 – 2 Hours: $15.00
2 – 4 Hours: $120.00 2 – 4 Hours: $30.00
4 – 8 Hours: $200.00 4 – 8 Hours: $50.00

*Non-Operational Hourly Rates are the same as For-Profit rates with a minimum of 2 hours. Operational Hours for the HLC are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday – Friday.  Non-Operational Hours are defined as anything after 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday.
